Three Ways to Tend What Sustains

The table. The mat. The land.

Everything Francine offers grows from the same root: a belief that a well-lived life is built slowly, in small sacred acts, at tables and on mats and in the quiet hours between — and in the soil beneath our feet. Begin wherever you are.

  • Cordon Bleu–trained cuisine, plated with presence.

From three-course intimate dinners to multi-day retreat catering, Francine designs custom menus that honor where you are, what is in season, and who is gathered at your table. She travels anywhere in the world.

  • Grounded, unhurried, and offered with care.

Private and small-group yoga sessions in person across Europe or on Zoom, from anywhere in the world. A practice designed for women in transition, seasoned practitioners, and complete beginners alike. Breathe before pose. Softness before strength.

  • Living and growing in rhythm with the earth.

For those ready to tend something that lasts. Francine brings her years of land-rooted living and permaculture philosophy into one-on-one consultations, helping you design a way of growing, eating, and inhabiting your space that is honest, seasonal, and sustainable. Because how we tend the earth reflects how we tend ourselves.

Francine’ Story

A woman with short gray hair and red lipstick sitting on outdoor steps in front of a white paneled door with glass louvers, wearing a beige blazer and black shorts, smiling.

I came to this work the way most of us come to the things that save us, by losing everything I thought made me who I was.

What rose from those seasons was a deep conviction that a meaningful life is not built at the top of some mountain. It is built quietly, at ordinary tables, on ordinary mornings, with people we love. In food made with attention. In breath taken with intention. In words spoken with truth.

That is the work of this brand. That is the only work I know how to do anymore.

"Tending What Sustains is not a tagline.

It is how I live."

Why Clients Return Season After Season

Why Clients Return Season After Season

Anyone can cook a meal. The difference is in the care with which it is prepared — and the story of the woman preparing it.

Classically trained. Globally seasoned.

Le Cordon Bleu Paris, plus private chef work from Los Angeles and San Francisco to Scottsdale, Bali, Jamaica, and the Mediterranean coast. Her repertoire spans Mediterranean, Californian, Caribbean, and Southeast Asian, always adapted to the season and the setting.

A chef you can also practice yoga with — and learn from the land.

Most private chefs cook and leave. Francine can anchor an entire retreat, the meals, the morning practice, the evening meditation, and a conversation about how to grow and live more sustainably, with a continuity of presence that few other chefs can offer.

A philosophy that shows up on every plate, every mat, and every garden path.

Francine's work is rooted in five convictions: coherence, stewardship, truth, rhythm, and presence. Clients feel them in the cooking before they hear them spoken, sense them in the stillness of the practice, and find them woven into every permaculture consultation. This is not a brand persona. It is a life lived out loud.

Willing to travel anywhere.

From Crete to California, from Bali to Buenos Aires — Francine is a working traveler. If you can host her, she can come.
