As a regenerative permaculture farmer, Francine uses that knowledge to make wholesome farm-to-table-type meals. Whether you are gathering four friends for a quiet weeknight meal or fifty guests for a milestone celebration, one of the following three experiences will meet you where you are. Each package is fully customizable. Travel, groceries, and specialty ingredients are quoted separately, transparently, and in advance.

Multi-Day Retreat Catering

For retreat hosts, wellness leaders, and wedding weekends.

Francine is one of very few private chefs who will anchor an entire multi-day retreat — from Mediterranean sunrise breakfasts to candlelit farewell dinners, and every thoughtful snack in between. Her wellness chef work has nourished yoga retreats, writing retreats, women's gatherings, corporate off-sites, and family reunions across Greece, Italy, France, Bali, and Jamaica.

Retreat catering is priced bespoke — shaped by duration, headcount, dietary considerations, and location. A full proposal is provided within one week of initial consultation.

What Retreat Catering Can Include

  • Full-day meal programming (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks) for 3–14 days

  • Menu design anchored in local and seasonal ingredients

  • Dietary accommodations for guests (vegan, gluten-free, ayurvedic, allergen-conscious)

  • Coordinated plating and service with venue staff or traveling team

  • Guest-facing elements: printed menus, farmer's market visits, a cooking demo for attendees

  • Optional morning yoga class for retreat guests, taught by Francine (see Yoga section below)
